Factory floor
From paper roll to finished carton
Paper rolls are corrugated into 3, 5 and 7-ply board, which moves straight on to printing, die-cutting, stitching, gluing and bundling on the same floor.

Production process
9 steps, from order intake to customer care
Production plans are sent automatically by software to each machine. Every product and material is coded, so the process is managed accurately and efficiently.

The Sales Department receives your request and agrees with you on the carton specification, flute type, print artwork and quantity. The order is then scheduled for production.
- 02
Material preparation
Paper rolls are selected to suit each order, and starch adhesive is mixed to the correct formula. Incoming paper is inspected before it goes into production.
- 03
Corrugating
Paper runs through corrugating rolls to form the flutes, then is bonded with liners into 3, 5 or 7-ply board. The board is scored, slit and cut to length, then stacked and moved on to the next stage.
- 04
Printing
Your product and brand information is printed onto the cartons according to the approved artwork. The press is set up and a test sample is run and checked before the full print run.
- 05
Die-cutting
Board is die-cut to form box shapes, locking tabs and vent holes according to the drawing. This stage is used for die-cut boxes, trays and other custom shapes.
- 06
Finishing: stitching, gluing
Cartons are stitched or glued into finished products to your specification. Every product gets a final check before packing.
- 07
Packing and storage
Finished goods are bundled, counted and stored by order. They are kept in their assigned place, away from moisture, ready for delivery.

Delivery
Goods are dispatched and delivered straight to your warehouse on the agreed schedule.
- 09
Customer care
After delivery, our Customer Service team follows up on your feedback and suggestions. Repeat orders keep the approved specification, so reordering is faster.

Quality control
IQC – PQC – OQC: three inspection stages
The results of every step are reported and kept on file. Our management system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- IQC
Incoming material control
Incoming materials are inspected against quality standards before they enter the warehouse. Accepted materials are stocked; rejected materials are returned to the supplier with a report.
- PQC
In-process quality control
Products are inspected at every stage according to the production plan. When nonconforming goods are found, the line stops to correct the problem and remove defects; only conforming goods move on to the next stage.
- OQC
Outgoing quality control
Finished goods get a final inspection before storage and delivery to the customer. The results of every step are reported and kept on file.
